Processing and shipping
We ship our product to a large number of countries worldwide. In case your country is not listed in the possible options, please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will check if delivery to your country is possible.
While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out-of-pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. Likewise, we are not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.
As a company that sells in multiple countries, we have warehouses in several locations, such as in Europe, the United States and Asia. Depending on the level of our stocks and the shipping address provided when ordering, your package may be shipped from either one of these warehouses.
Generally, the processing time for orders is 2 business days. Once a shipment is already loaded on the plane, the estimated delivery is 7-14 business days for United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or backend charges incurred.
Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel your order. To return your product, you shall wait to receive your order and you can contact us again at that time (you have 14 days as from the receipt within which to do so). Please see our Returns & Refunds page for more information.
Possible additional fees
Some banks charge additional fees for your online purchases. These fees vary from a few cents to 5€, are proportional to the amount of your order and are beyond our control. When you place an order on our site, we only receive the amount indicated at the time of payment.
If you notice an additional charge for your purchase on our site, please contact your bank. In some cases, it is possible to get a refund.
This case remains rare and happens on about 2% of the orders.
