Returns & Refunds

At Petit Menhir, our goal is your complete satisfaction!

Our standard return policy lasts for 14 days from the date you receive your package. If more than 14 days have passed since your delivery, we are generally unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)

Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us via email at support@mypetitmenhir.com.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via our contact form available here or at support@mypetitmenhir.com.

Returns (if applicable):

To return your product, you must contact us via email at support@mypetitmenhir.com. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
